Partner tiers
The difference between the tiers is not discount size. It is who holds the customer relationship and who runs the billing. Pick on that basis and the commercials follow.

Agency Partner
You refer customers. We bill them, support them, and pay you commission.
Right for consultants, web agencies and IT shops whose clients need hosting but who do not want to become a hosting company. You introduce the customer; we take it from there and pay you for the referral. No invoicing, no support rota, no payment collection.
Reseller Partner
You buy at wholesale, set your own retail price, and bill your own customers.
Right if you already sell hosting, or intend to, under your own brand. You hold the customer, set your own prices, and we stay invisible to them. You will need a way to invoice your customers — your own WHMCS, or anything equivalent.
Technology Partner
You integrate our infrastructure into your own platform.
Right if you operate a platform and want our infrastructure inside it. This is an infrastructure supply relationship rather than a reseller discount, and it is quoted individually.
Applying
One form. It opens a tracked request against a real account, so nothing gets lost. We will come back to you on which tier fits and what the terms are.
