Billing and money
Who bills the end customer?
It depends on the tier. As an Agency Partner we bill and support the customer directly and pay you commission, so you never operate a billing system. As a Reseller Partner you buy from us at wholesale and bill your own customers yourself, on your own terms. As a Technology Partner you bill your customers through your own platform and we invoice you for consumption.
Can I set my own selling prices?
Yes, as a Reseller or Technology Partner. You buy at your tier's wholesale rate and whatever you charge above it is yours. We publish no retail price floor or ceiling. Agency Partners do not set prices, because the customer is billed by us at our published rates — the commission is the margin instead.
What currencies can I be billed and paid in?
We invoice in USD, KES, TZS, NGN and UGX. Your account is set to one currency; tell us which when you apply and we will set it before your first invoice, because changing it afterwards means re-denominating invoices by hand.
Infrastructure and regions
Where is the infrastructure physically located?
Four facilities we operate ourselves: NBO1 iColo and NBO2 Africa Data Centres in Nairobi, DAR1 Wingu Datacenter in Dar es Salaam, and LOS1 Digital Realty in Lagos. All on Lineserve-owned address space announced from AS329659.
Can I guarantee my customers that data stays in a particular country?
Yes. A server provisioned in a region keeps its disks, volumes and snapshots on that region's hardware, and its traffic is announced locally. We will issue a residency statement in writing for a specific region and product on request — see Regions.
Is a Tanzania site available?
Yes — DAR1, Wingu Datacenter in Dar es Salaam, on Tanzanian address space.
Do you offer dedicated or private infrastructure?
Yes — dedicated servers and colocation in both sites, and private capacity for partners whose volume justifies it. This is quoted individually rather than from a price list.
API and automation
How are servers provisioned?
Our engineers build each one to a documented standard: anti-spoof filtering, fail2ban, hardened SSH, and both IPv4 and IPv6 verified from inside the guest before handover.

Use the application form. It creates a real account and a tracked request, so your application cannot sit unnoticed in an inbox.
Do I have to buy anything before becoming a partner?
No. There is no purchase requirement to apply or to be approved.

Commercial specifics — commission rates, payout schedules, minimum commitments, how far white-labelling goes — are set per tier and confirmed in writing when we come back to you on your application. Ask and you will get a straight number, not a brochure.
